REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years in digital sales, ideally in AdTech, SaaS, or Publisher monetization
Proven track record selling to publishers or media owners
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, Google Ad Manager, and ideally MCM
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Fluent English (written and spoken); other EU languages are a plus
Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently and deliver under pressure
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
Sell programmatic monetization solutions, primarily Google MCM, to digital publishers and AD Networks
Identify client pain points and match them with Bidmatic’s platform capabilities
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with publishers
Collaborate with product and account teams to ensure delivery and upsell opportunities
Report on pipeline metrics, forecast accurately, and hit revenue targets
